Shipping Policy
Clean water shouldn't come with a shipping surprise. Here's how orders get to you.
Free shipping, always
Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States. No minimum, no threshold to hit, no adding a cartridge to your cart to unlock it. Subscription cartridge refills ship free too.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays go out the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number when it ships.
Transit time
Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after it leaves us. Carriers occasionally have opinions about weather and holidays that we can't override.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (which may take a few extra days). We do not currently ship internationally or to PO boxes.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If the tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, email us — sometimes a package needs a nudge, and we're happy to do the nudging.
Lost, damaged, or missing packages
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents and email us. We'll replace it. If tracking says delivered and the package isn't there, check with your neighbors and household first, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work it out with you. We're not going to make you fight a carrier alone.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — if the order hasn't shipped, we can fix it. If it has, we'll help you chase it, but we can't guarantee recovery of a package sent to an address that doesn't exist.
