Filter performance
Look for the named reduction claims and supporting documents on the product page. A clear glass or a river scene is not evidence of water quality.
A NOTE ABOUT OUR IMAGES
Some Dipper images are photographs. Some are styled or made with AI. We want you to know what they show and where to find the facts about the Headwater.
How we use imagesA scene may set the mood. The product details tell you what you get.
01 / OUR IMAGES
We may use AI to create or edit a kitchen, a stream, a person, or another scene around Dipper. These images are illustrations of a feeling or setting. They may not show a real Dipper customer, a real home, or the exact place pictured.
We may also crop, retouch, or adjust photographs. When the way an image was made matters to understanding a product or claim, we aim to explain it near that image.
THE HEADWATER
02 / THE PRODUCT
We want product images to help you recognize the Headwater and understand how it fits into daily life. A styled scene may include props or a setting that do not come with the filter.
For the current size, fittings, parts in the box, and filter details, check the Headwater product page. If a picture leaves you unsure about what you will receive, ask us before you order.
See Headwater details03 / WHAT IMAGES CANNOT PROVE
An image by itself does not prove what a filter removes or how it works.
Look for the named reduction claims and supporting documents on the product page. A clear glass or a river scene is not evidence of water quality.
A styled kitchen may not show the exact connections or space you need. Use the product details and installation guide to check your setup.
A person in an image is not a customer endorsement unless we clearly say so. We do not use a generated person to invent a customer experience.
04 / QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS
Send us the page link and tell us which image you mean. We can help with product questions. If you believe an image uses your work or likeness without permission, tell us that too so we can review it.
