1. Install it once.

The Headwater connects directly to your cold water line under the sink — no separate housing, no drilling through anything you'll regret. Mount the bracket, click the quick-connect fittings, done. Most people finish in 20 minutes; the confident finish in 15.

2. Drink like a dipper.

Every glass from your cold line passes through NSF/ANSI 53-certified carbon block filtration at 1.67 gallons per minute. PFOA and PFOS: non-detect at the 20-parts-per-trillion standard — plus chlorine, taste, odor, and cyst reduction. It also happens to taste like a mountain did the work.

3. Replace it twice a year.

The 500-gallon cartridge lasts about six months for most households. The valved head shuts water off automatically, so swapping is a ten-second twist of the wrist — no tools, no shut-off valve hunting. Cartridges ship automatically, and we'll remind you before anything arrives or bills — gently, like a bird tapping the window.
